Smart City CA USA is proud to continue upon and expand the diligent work originally started in 2018 by District 3 Neighborhood Development (D3ND).

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Smart City CA USA is committed to bringing social, economic and political balance to all citizens of San Jose.  Through close collaboration and cooperation, with both municipal and corporate entities, Smart City CA USA's mission is to bring about achievable and meaningful solutions to the many challenging issues our citizens are facing today as well as those we will face in the future. In the new reality of COVID-19, the most important concerns, needing immediate attention, are public safety & emergency preparedness. As our city and its population continue to expand there will be a multitude of new complex problems to be solved in the realm of community and economic development.  Through robust public engagement and working together Smart City CA USA is taking responsibility to achieve progressive and effective change for the good of the community.
